Sure-handed utility infielder for the Expos, late 80s. Also a horn-mounted speaker, 80W/2.5-35kHz frequency response, 97 decibel crossover at 5kHz/4uF. This tweeter is mounted in a black plastic horn measuring 10-1/2" wide x 4" high x 4-1/2" deep. Should work with a 4- or 8-ohm load, but you may want to put a low-value 1/2W resister in series to pad it down a bit. Has (8) 3/16" mounting holes and quick-disconnect terminals.

Piezo Speaker
Use it as a speaker, a contact microphone, or add an external signal and turn it into a buzzer. It's a 5/8" dia piezodisk in a 1-1/8" x 3/4" x 1/4" thick assembly, with a 1/8" hole for mounting. Spade connectors at the end of 32" long leads, followed by an RF filter. The leads are hardwired straight to the disk. Digisound S-HRH-V.

Drawing less than 1/4 watt, this is the type of speaker used in cellular phones, and has good sound quality if held close to your ear. The peel-away adhesive mount makes it a great component for a small project. They come (2) to a package, so think small stereo.
