That's all these mega-clever picture hangers make in your drywall or paneling. Will even fit in narrow grout spaces on a tiled wall (might be wise to use a very small drill bit first). Just push the angled point of this J-shaped hook through the drywall and let the curve glide the 3-5/8" long back up against back of the wall. You're left with a small 1/2" x 3/8" hook that will hold up to 40 lbs. Tired of the picture? Just back the hook out and all you have is a hole the diameter of a wire. Call it the Renter's Friend. An unusual find. This piece of Robax® brand heat-resistant transparent ceramic fireplace glass from the Schott Co. is rated for up to 1400°F. It’s like the window in your oven door, but we think it was meant for a fireplace or wood-burning stove. You choose a 12-1/2" x 9"x 3/16” thick piece with an arched top, or a plain rectangle, 15" x 8-3/4" x 3/16” thick. The edges are ground and the glass has a very slight grayish-pink cast. Made in the USA.

Steel Contour Gauge
Tightly bound, too, so it will keep the shape you use it to mimic. Measures 6" long, with approx (32) 3-1/8" pins per inch. Press them into a contour and they'll hold the shape for transferring to tile, duplicating moldings, etc. Includes an adapter plate so if you buy two gauges you can lock them together for corner angles.

Through our little black-plastic right-angle viewer. It's a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" hexagon, and Paul says that if you buy (2) you can see eye-to-eye with yourself, which is a little spooky. Great for a little light spying on the street, and if you find a way to stick it over the lens of a small digital camera, you'll get great candid shots.

You Knead These
And once you have them, they'll be the only erasers you'll ever knead. You get (3) 2-packs for a total of (6) 1-11/16" x 1-3/16" x 3/8" erasers, but once you start kneading them to make them self-cleaning, each will be a big lump of your own design. It doesn't get much cooler in the robotic-arm-kit game. The assembled arm is 15" tall x 9" long x approx 3-1/2" wide. It's 2-pronged hand opens to 1-3/4", lifts up to 3.5 oz, swings 120 degrees at the wrist, pivots 300 degrees at the elbow, and sits on a base that swings 180 degrees up and down and rotates 270 degrees, like, well, an arm. Controlled by (5) 2-axis joy-sticks and powered by (4) D-Cell batteries that you provide. Includes a hand-mounted light and over-torque and gear-breakage alarms, which is more than your arm has. Requires simple hand tools for assembly and is made for ages 13 and up.

But these are for pre-split bananas. Along with ice cream. These white polystyrene boat-shaped containers are 8-1/4" long x 4" wide at the beam x 1-1/2" deep. Lightweight. Shiplap sides. Nice for authentic dessert serving, but great as bathtub toys, for boat races in your local pond, or decorating for nautical-theme parties. You get two and a half dozen.
